A Team represents a tenant in the platform. It is the logical boundary that isolates data between all tenants on the app.
Settings
You may wish to configure settings for your team. Settings include:
Delete unlicensed customers after N days
Delete expired licenses after N days
Delete old devices after N days
By default, this data is not deleted for record keeping purposes, but if you would like to ensure your team's data is clean, you can set the amount of days to retain the data for.
Discord Guilds
A single Discord guild can be assigned to multiple teams, however, only 1 team can be active at a time. If you have other inactive teams, you can switch to them using the /team switch command.
Only the application manager can create other teams via the Management API.
