Team

A Team represents a tenant in the platform. It is the logical boundary that isolates data, configuration, and licensing state for a customer or organization.

All data is owned by and scoped to a Team.

Removing the bot from your guild or using the reset command will schedule the permanent deletion of your team's data after 30 days. After deletion, your team's data cannot be recovered.

Settings

You may wish to configure settings for your team. Settings include:

• Delete unlicensed customers after N days

• Delete expired licenses after N days

• Delete old devices after N days

By default, this data is not deleted for record keeping purposes, but if you would like to ensure your team's data is clean, you can set the amount of days to retain the data for.
