Errors

Common errors you may encounter when using the product.

Error occurred during setup

These errors usually mean something is wrong with your system, interference from another app or incompatibility (unlikely).

Error 1

Most commonly due to interference from third-party anti-virus or anti-cheat.

  1. Disable third-party anti-viruses (and of course windows defender too, as per the loading guide).

  2. Disable third-party anti-cheats that activate themselves on PC boot. The primary culprits are Vanguard (Valorant) and FaceIT (competitve CSGO). Sometimes they remain active on the system despite their parent apps being uninstalled. You can disable these anti-cheats by opening a command prompt as administrator and typing in sc stop faceit to disable FaceIT and sc stop vgk to disable vanguard.

Keep in mind that some anti-viruses don't actually disable when you toggle them and thus will require an uninstall.

Error 2 and 3

These errors should technically never happen. Try restarting your system.

Error 4

Try restarting your PC. If the issue occurs, contact staff to arrange a remote support session via AnyDesk for us to take a look. Unfortunately this issue may not be self-fixable and will require us to look at the unique circumstances causing this.

Error occurred during loading

All error codes

These errors are primarily due to the loading guide steps not being followed, or one of the steps in the loading guide being reverted/undone.

Follow the loading guide and this issue will be resolved.

Loading Guide

Connection Failed

Connection to services failed. This can happen due to a temporary outage, high traffic (we place limits how many people can connect simultaneously) or an issue on your end. Try again later or contact support.

Connection Rejected

Redownload the loader

Reasons this may occurr:

  • Your loader build has expired (you've used the same build for a long period of time)

  • You shared the loader with another user (this is against our terms of use)

  • The loader was scanned by a dedicated remote scanner (e.g virus total, microsoft auto submission, ...) and thus invalidated.

Version mismatch

An update was made which requires you to redownload the loader. You can download it from the download portal.

Login Failed

Do not spam login attempts on failed logins. Continuous attempts can result being locked out for 24 hours. Staff are unable to remove this lock and time will not be compensated.

Device is not authorized (HWID) for this license

HWID (Hardware ID) is a DRM technique which we use to ensure a license is binded to your device and your device only. This error indicates either:

  1. Attempting to login on another device

  2. A piece of hardware was changed in your system

  3. A driver was updated on your system

  4. You ran a spoofer

If you're using the same device, contact support and we can fix this up for you.

Unauthorized sharing suspected

We detected attempted rebinding to a device that we could not automatically verify you own.

  • If this is the same device you activated on, worry not, we'll fix it for you.

  • If this is a another device and you did not ask for authorization, then you are in violation of our terms of use and may have your license revoked.

  • If you do not own this device (you shared it with another user) and you did not ask for authorization, then you are in violation of our terms of use and may have your license revoked.

We take incidents of individuals abusing the rebind entitlement to share licenses with other users and devices very seriously. Users who take advantage of this free service will find themselves permanently banned from accessing our services for both the existing license and new licenses in future.

License has been suspended

Suspended licenses are usually automatic but may be actioned by staff. Licenses may be suspended if we detect violations of our terms of use, suspect the license was compromised or staff paused it at request of the user.

Activation is currently paused

New licenses that attempt to be activated will receive this message if we've disabled license activation. This may happen due to an outage.
