Common problems you may encounter when using the product.

Game crashes after 'Loading Complete'

Remove any third-party/custom .pak files. They are not supported due to most of them breaking standard game functionality (unintentionally) or conflicting with features.
Uninstall or disable third-party overlay or graphics software. While most common overlays have no issues, it's primarily the more 'obscure' ones that tend to cause problems. Those that are known to cause problems after loading include: Reshade and Rivertuner
Ensure you're on an administrator user account. If you have to enter in your windows password to run Shulkerbox, you are not on an administrator account.
Visit our list of unsupported software below and ensure none of these are installed on your system.

Athenaware doesn't show in game after 'Loading Complete'

This is usually due to other overlay software, graphics software, etc., that directly 'inject' themselves into the game. Visit our list of unsupported software below and ensure none of these are installed on your system.

Aimbot not working

Remove any third-party/custom .pak files. They are not supported due to most of them unintentionally breaking standard game colission/physics properties.

Random Crashes

Crashing at random can be caused by numerous things. Most of the time, it's a bug that will need to be fixed. We put priority on these issues so they're fixed prompty.

We ask that you follow these troubleshooting steps before posting a bug report as reports for issues that not an issue with AW waste our time in trying to reproduce.
